VIOLA | MID LEVEL
This package is best suited for couples who have their venue and a majority of their vendors, but seeking guidance to fill in the gaps of their partially coordinated wedding.
- Service begins three months or more before your wedding date.
- Coordination of all vendors including but not limited to photography, floral design, and catering.
- Initial planning meeting, two vendor meeting, and a final venue walk through meeting for a total of four meetings.
- Provide recommendations and ideas based on client’s wedding vision.
- Phone and email access to lead planner within office hours
- Access to our Preferred Wedding Vendor List
- Budget Assistance
- Negotiating and/or Proofing of contracts as needed and confirming of details with vendors
- One Assistant Coordinator included, and if logistics requires, a second assistant at an additional fee.
GRACE | FULL PLANNING
This package is for the couple who desire assistance with all their planning needs. This includes the selection of venue(s) and vendors and assisting you through the complete process.
- Work in partnership with your design team, including venue, florist, stationer, etc., to ensure a cohesive design story for your event.
- Unlimited in-person meetings, including: initial planning meeting, vendor meetings, and final venue walk through meeting.
- Can assist with venue research, selection, and negotiation as needed
- Phone and email access to lead planner within office hours
- Curate a vendor portfolio that reflects your style, budget, and vision.
- Create a custom plan that will guide the engaged couple on every detail of their wedding
- Develop Budget based on your priorities and track spending
- Negotiate and Review all Contracts, confirm and act as the primary point of contact to work in partnership with your vendor team.
- Two Assistant Coordinators included; an additional assistant may be required based on the complexity of logistics of the event for an additional fee.

Lila Grae Events brought our vision to life from the smallest detail to the overall design. Sharon provided a stress-free planning process that allowed us to enjoy the months leading up to the event. Our backyard reception had to be built from the ground up with cocktails, dinner service, tent rental, entertainment and dancing space, and the set up worked wonderfully. The evening's flow was well organized and Sharon's calm demeanor provided an ideal environment. We were able to enjoy a beautiful night with our closest family and friends celebrating our daughter's wedding!
